The KON (Kitsune Online Network) web application is operated by YokaiWorks, under ENES YILMAZ (Sole Proprietorship). This document explains how your data is processed when using our platform.

1. Data Collected

To provide you with a seamless community and tracking experience, we collect the following data:

Account Information: Your email address used during registration (for login security and verification).
Profile Information: Your voluntarily created username, profile picture (avatar), and biography text.
Library (List) Data: The anime you add, the scores you give, your watch status, and personal notes.

2. Data Visibility (Important)

KON is designed as a social anime tracking network. Due to our current system structure, the lists you create, your ratings, your biography, and the public watch parties you join are visible to other users on the platform. Options to make profiles and lists private will be added to the platform in future updates.

3. Third-Party Data (AniList)

Anime titles, summaries, cover photos, and metadata on our site are fetched entirely via the open-source and independent AniList API. YokaiWorks does not host any anime records, copyrighted media, or image databases on its servers.

4. Cookies and Session Management

We use secure cookies and local browser storage to keep you logged in, ensure security verifications, and remember your theme/design preferences.
